CGC Worthing's 1st Pauper League

Welcome to our first Pauper League!

1. Event structure

Each evening event will be a swiss-paired tournament. The number of rounds will vary depending on the number of entrants. (<9 = 3 rounds, 9+ = 4 rounds, 17+ = 5 rounds)

2. Pricing & Prizing

The entry cost for each evening is £8. Each entrant will get 1 play booster. We will give out the latest Play Pack where possible. Anyone who goes 2-x or better will receive a promo pack, with the winner receiving a foil promo pack.

After 8 events each players best 6 results will be used for the final standings.
Top 8 will get prizing based on the amount of entries we get over the league, including promos, play boosters & maybe bundles if enough attendees.

3. Listing & Reporting

We are encouraging the top four players from each event to send us a deck list so we can report the results with your decks.

4. Point system

Each point a player gains throughout the league will be added towards the final standings of the league. (3 for a win, 1 for a tie & 0 for a loss.

5. Final Standings

The final standings are calculated by summing each player’s best 6 results over the 8 events. Players are not expected to attend every event but encouraged to do so.
